Massers Environmental Policy

Massers have been providing legal services for over a century.  We recognise the need to minimise the environmental impact of what we do and to work in a sustainable manner for the benefit of the current and future residents of Nottinghamshire and its surrounding area.

With this in mind, we will:

• Operate in compliance with all environmental legislation,

• Seek to reduce waste through re-use and recycling,

• Seek to minimise our carbon footprint by the efficient use of energy,

• Seek to encourage a sense of environmental responsibility amongst our employees,

• Purchase environmentally friendly and recyclable materials where possible,

• Where reasonably practical, support local businesses in our purchasing policy,

• Monitor progress of our policy through regular Staff Meetings,

• Ensure waste is disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible way, and

• Encourage our clients and suppliers to act in an environmentally friendly manner. 

This policy is circulated to all employees and made available on request to suppliers, clients and members of the public.
